Heian Godan
II KIHON
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance), moving forward, oi-zuki sanbon zuki (single upper level punch/two successive middle level punches).
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance), moving backward, jyodan ageuke (upper level/face forearm block). In place, chudan gyaku-zuki (middle level reverse punch).
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) moving forward, chudan soto udeuke (mid level outside forearm block). With the same arm, in kibadachi, execute enpiuchi (side elbow strike). With the same arm, execute tate urakenuch (upper level backfist strike).
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance, moving backward into kokutsu-dachi (back stance), chudan shutouke (middle level knife-hand block). Execute kizami mae-geri chudan (front leg kicking, front kick middle level). In the same position, change into zenkutsu-dachi (front stance), execute nukite (spear hand strike).
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance), moving forward, maegeri rengeri (double kick-first chudan mae-geri (middle level front kick); then moving forward into zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) execute jyodan (face level) mae-geri (front kick) with the other leg.
- Turn. Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) move forwrd, execute mawshi geri (roundhouse kick) rengeri (double kick, chudan, then jyodan, as in #5).
- Starting in kiba-dachi (horse-stance), moving sideways and cross leg over, jyodan yoko keage (upper level side snap kick), and move into kiba-dachi. Execute right and left sides.
- Starting in kiba-dachi (horse-stance), moving sideways and cross leg over, chudan yoko kekomi (middle level side thrust kick), and move into kiba-dachi. Execute right and left sides.
- Starting in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance), moving forward, execute chudan (middle level) mae-geri (front kick). Moving forward, with the other leg, execute chudan chudan yoko kekomi (middle level side thrust kick). Moving forward into zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) execute chudan gyaku-zuki (middle level reverse punch).
